Seminário “A Geopolítica do Gás e o Futuro da Relação Euro-Russa no Horizonte de 2035”

Realizou no dia 6 de dezembro de 2017, no Instituto da Defesa Nacional (IDN), o Seminário Internacional “A Geopolítica do Gás e o Futuro da Relação Euro-Russa no Horizonte de 2035”. Este seminário teve por propósito apresentar os resultados do projeto de investigação “A Geopolítica do Gás e o Futuro da relação Euro-Russa - Geo4Ger (FCT – PTDC/IVC-CPO/1295/2014), que analisou a complexa relação geopolítica do gás euro-russa, tendo elaborado um conjunto de cenários para esta relação, no horizonte dos próximos 20 anos.
O projeto de investigação é coordenado pela Professora Doutora Carla Patrício Fernandes e está a desenvolvido pelo Instituto Português de Relações Internacionais, sendo financiado pela Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia, e tendo como instituição associada o Instituto da Defesa Nacional. O seminário teve como conferencistas o Professor Doutor António Costa Silva que tratou da inovação nas áreas da “Energia, Tecnologia e Segurança Energética”, a Professora Doutora Licínia Simão, a Professora Doutora Maria Raquel Freire e o Dr. Aleksei Grivach, que falaram de “A Relação Energética Euro-Russa: atores e desafios”. O último painel do dia apresentado os resultados da cenarização do projeto de investigação pela Professora Doutora Carla Patrício Fernandes e do Professor Doutor José Félix Ribeiro.
